Material cost is calculated from the fraction of your spool used. Electricity uses your printer's average wattage, print duration and local energy price. Machine allowance and labor are optional, but useful if you sell prints rather than print only for yourself.

The markup is applied after those costs to produce a suggested selling price. It is not the same thing as profit margin.
